  2. Scoping I put together a clear proposal: what gets built, what it costs, and what done looks like. No surprises.
  3. Build Iterative development with regular check-ins.
  4. Handoff You own the codebase and infrastructure outright. I stay available for maintenance, future work, or questions.

Replaced a Webflow + Memberstack setup with a fully custom member platform — handling onboarding, profiles, a business directory, subscription billing, a newsletter archive, and automated syncing with HubSpot and QuickBooks. Deployed on Fly.io for around $17/month.

A real-time sports betting simulation covering EPL and NBA — live odds, parlay slips, a live leaderboard, and AI-generated commentary on bets and match outcomes. Bot users keep it active around the clock. Built with Django, HTMX, Redis, and Celery — demonstrating WebSocket-driven UI updates, multi-user state sync, and background task orchestration without a JavaScript framework.
